• 50% payment required to begin 

 

Step 2: Submit Your Project Details

• Send photos, measurements, and any inspiration or material/colour preferences

• Include your company logo (for custom-branded presentation packages)

 

Step 3: Clarification Call

• We will book a call to go over your project, clarify details, and align on next steps.

 

Step 4: First Draft Delivered

• Receive the initial renderings or design package

• Please allow 3-10 business days (depending on scope of work)

 

Step 5: Revisions

• Includes 1-2 rounds of revisions (depending on package)

• Please allow: 1–3 business days per revision

 

Step 6: Final Delivery

• Remaining 50% payment is collected

• Final files delivered in a custom presentation package
