FOR HOMEOWNERS

Step 1: Book Your Package

  • Choose a design package

  • Email info@versatileinteriors.ca to get started.

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin 

  • I will send you a "getting started package"

Step 2: Submit Project Details (for virtual)

Once you've booked your package, you’ll be asked to fill out a short questionnaire to help me understand your lifestyle, preferences, and design goals.

Then, send us:

  • Clear photos of your current space

  • Measurements 

  • Any inspiration images or colour/material preferences

This step ensures we have everything we need to begin designing your space.

Step 3: First meeting

We’ll schedule our first meeting (in person, or virtual)

  • Go over your submitted details

  • Answer any questions and align on the next steps

  • Take measurements

This meeting ensures we’re designing with clarity and intention from the beginning.

Step 4: First Draft Delivered

You’ll receive a full custom design package tailored to your space.​​

Delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on the scope of work.

Step 5: Revisions (only included for Kitchen design packages)

Your package includes 2 rounds of revisions, each with:

  • 1 hour meeting (in person or virtual)

  • The chance to refine layouts, finishes, and details to ensure the design aligns with your vision

Revision Delivery time: takes approximately 1–5 business days depending on the scope of work.

Step 6: Final Delivery

Once the design is finalized:

  • The remaining 50% payment is collected

  • Your completed design files and polished presentation package are delivered and ready for use in your renovation
